Don't have Admin Status?! - Erm i should have...

Hi all,

Reinstalled XP home about a week ago and only just got round to reinstalling games etc. I can't update Windows Defender because i dont have the right "access rights", nor can i update BF2 or FS2004

I have only one account on the computer and under the CP that says i am the admin, so i am a little confused

How can i get full access?

Thanks. Seems i already had all access rights though

Yup, everything there also says all accounts have Full Access

Edit: Sigh, im gonna reformat. Thanks for all the help anyway mate. Much appreciated. However, if the problem persists, then i may need you again
