Don't know if importing in the right place or not, but I just got myself a 4.4ghz OC on my AMD fx 8320 on the stock cooler.
With idel temps at 49 and load temps at 71 max after 3 hours of prime95
So I'm pretty happy! Much better than the stock speed of 3.5ghz

Pushing your luck there on a stock cooler , my fx8320 wouldn't overclock at all on stock cooling due to high temps.. 70c is the core limit for those chips, you may find its throttling at that , and 70c is socket limit .

What MasterOC said. You need better case airflow/cooling and/or a better cooler.
