But anyone who has a raspberry Pi zero, do you know if the connection for the camera only supports that or would it power a laptop screen through the ribbon?
Had my Pi zero since 12th of march(surprised birthday present) and it came with a plastic case like, hdmi adapter, usb go adapter and a header and so far all I've done is put it together(not the header as I have no solder kit or need to use it yet) installed a micro sd card i had laying around, once I flashed with Jessie lite prior obviously and other. Than trying to get wifi adapter to work and purchasing a powered USB hub I haven't done anything yet, once I've set my pc back up I will get a better distro.
I want to hook it to the tv to watch my movies off hard drive, but ideally I want to make a retro gaming device out of it or some mobile thing and have no idea where to begin, I have a crappy dell laptop I can salvage the screen from and the rest of it is just old and tired, but I don't want to take the screen off without know if and how to connect the thing??
Anyone have any suggestions on all this? Google search keeps coming up with the same old stuff and about screens I can't afford/find nor currently want to use and not quite how I want to connect either...
