Not a medical advice thread

A few months back, on returning to my old job, I had to fill in a medical form as part of application. Nothing abnormal about that you might ask.

Anyway, after about 4 weeks of starting, I start to get hounded by BUPA. I’ve been ignoring there calls but they finally catch-up with me. They ask me to explain the problems I’ve had with my “Hogwarts” and if it’s effecting my day to day living or if it prevents me from doing my work. LOL

Well I was amazed so I had to tell them that it was just a joke. Not very happy, she reported this to our HR department.

Yesterday, I had to give HR a little visit and explain my little prank. They reminded me that this is a prison not school playing ground.. Sorry did I say prison, I meant to say work place..

Anyway, as a result of my little prank, I have to go at get a thorough medical examination.

Hope the doctor warms his hands up.

You're lucky, technically if there wanted to they could have you for lying on your application and dismiss yuo without warning! ;)

Now remember if the doctor is cute, think of cold wet fish! ;)

You ought to do the whole Fletcher routine from Porridge, the one where he is having a medical exam and fakes having bad feet.

oh how many times do I have to drag prisoners out of bed each day to do some work because they say their sick;
