I come back to OverclockersUK. Even after all these years, with Amazon and other huge retailers online doing crazy things to other sectors, and the number of other retailers dealing in PC components. I come back to OverclockersUK first, and yes, then I go compare OCuk with what else is out there. Outwith the most insane OCuk BlackFriday deals that I missed out on, because I forgot to check the forum and waited until Thursday and Friday to look at the webstore. I still come back here to OverclockersUK and try to place an order. Now I just hope my order yesterday hasn't been flagged by my CC company, and will actually appear today. It's not looking good so far.

Sorry to hear you had potential CC issues. Welcome regardless! 
A year or two ago I placed a CC order with OCUk and it got flagged. OCUK and my bank were top-notch in sorting it out. I don't recall the precise details, but it was something along the lines of companies like OCUK being targeted as part of a scam.

I had the same issue when I last upgraded. The CC company were supposed to 'automatically' call me for authorisation so I waited and waited. 3 days later they called me. Still at least they are trying to protect you even though its a pain at the time.
