Thank you

Thanks for the rapid reply !!!

Site you linked is great, I had to put my graphics card in as a 7900GTX as GTO not listed, but I think that will give me a buffer.

Comes up showing 310w, so looks like the case/PSU will be okay.

/and relax

Personally i'd make sure by getting a Lian-Li PC-7 case at £57 and something like a Enermax Noisetaker 485W EG495AX-VE at around £60.

It'd be around £65 more than your current spec but you would at least have a bit more peace of mind about your PSU. You never know what other hardware you might add at a later date. :)

Ah, i've just noticed you've already ordered. Good luck. :)

I'd recommend a Corsair HX520W PSU. I have been using it in my system for a few weeks now and it is ROCK solid. It's a little bit more expensive, but the quality, features, and 5 year warranty are definitely worth the extra money.

Thank you all for your input.

I think I may swap the case when it arrives, for the Sonata II, as it has the 450W PSU, not sure if I will get fed up having to open the door each time I want to inseert a CD/DVD though.

Maybe then I might start my first exploration into overclocking /gulp.
