I've been playing the early access version of this for a while with a few friends and it's awesome. Don't Starve was great and the multiplayer (along with tweaks and balances) makes it even better. I hadn't really played any of the Reign of the Giants expansion content before either so that's turning out to be quite interesting.

Not everything from RoG is in DST yet (no caves or ruins, though they're working on those atm). There's a load of new content if you've not played any RoG though - all the giants, the new seasons and new biomes/items.

Caves are in beta now - they seem pretty far along, with ruins also implemented.
