Having enough money that you feel unaffected by the shortage of (most) Ampere GPUs. Nvidia is virtually telling you to mine and get back your money, am i rite?
Tbh, it makes a nice change to the borderline OCD worrying about not having the latest thing - you just spend money, job done

It's a proper RTX GPU, you might actually be able to turn up ray tracing in titles like WD: Legions, enjoy it.
EDIT - that guy's logic is totally ****** "Nobody should be buying a 3070". Doesn't mention they are on par with the 2080 TI in most games, and might only cost you £480 including the postage, if you buy an FE from the official retailer. Nahhh I'll buy a half dead 2080 TI Waterforce Extreme on Ebay for £700-£1000
