Door slammers and loud people

If you live in an apartment or joined house like a semi why do they door slam and make loud noises just because they are up?. Ive never door slammed, stomped and try to be considerate living in a apartment but others are like CRASH BANG WALLOP.

I only live in a 4 apartment block but have been lucky for last year with below been empty. The owner moved into her daughters as she 88 and no longer look after herself properly. The daughter took it into her own hands and said to her relation she can use it as a business and she dont even live there. For last 2 weeks its been bang bang bang lol. Any way next door below is a 89-year-old with 23-year-old neighbour above and i hear her constantly shouting up from bottom of stairs. Last week she shouted. Your a bloody nuisance the day you moved in and your a bloody nuisance now and she stormed off.

That what i always say. They want it quiet when they want it quiet but not willing to give it. I was in another apartment block 3 year ago with 18 apartments and he was on top floor. Parties, very loud bangs vibrating, stomping etc. He watched TV on sub too which was annoying. I can remember one evening i was watching final of friends which i never seen be for on normal volume. He came in turned crappy music on full blast with sub and could no longer here mine. I had enough so i slammed the roof with parm of my hand that hard i heard something get knocked over in his. He came down knocked on my door and started calling me names and swearing at me even though ive asked him nicely in past on more then 3 times.

At least someone heard him yelling at me in other apartment and that night i heard him yelling at them but they had a word with him and music etc calmed down and he was even trying to say hi to me after that. lol

I think they are ok below to be honest if they stick to times they are working. As said they dont live at the apartment and using it as a workplace. All week they start at 9:30AM and leave at 16:30. Just twice be for 8AM and once at 6AM which is a no no lol.
