DOSBox

I've been trying to get Theme Hospital and Theme Park (as linked to in a thread in PC Games forum) to run via DOSBox. They both load up fine, but run unplayably slowly. Does anyone know how I can improve the performance of these?

I have ATI's restricted drivers all up and running (Radeon HD3850), along with Compiz going along at happy speeds, so I don't really see how Theme Hospital can be more grahically intensive than that!!!

I'm running the latest version of Mint. Cheers

If i remember right dosbox has the ability to increase or decrease the speed it runs at. I can't remember which key you have to press but i think it should either be displayed when dosbox is run or in some help file.

I think F8 and F9 control the speeds of doxbox.....
