Just played a few practice games with bots to get the hang of this.

Any idea why when I buy items at the trade post they are going into my stash instead of one of the spare inventory slots?

The items you buy from shop, outpost and secret shop are all different.

If they arent in stock at the shop youre at they'll either be unpurchasable or go into your stash.

It was the same in HoN originally but they changed it. Not sure about LoL, the entire shop system seems completely different in that game.
 
Isn't your stash just applicable to the main shop area?

So if you're at a trade post buying an item whose parts include main shop items then it will buy those for you but you'll need to go back or courier them over to your player to complete the full item. Trade posts don't hold much beyond consumables IIRC..

I'm pretty much learning this from scratch so just want to make sure I'm getting things right before I jump online.
 
Yeah you can create parties to do matchmaking. You can also just join the same private lobby if you're learning.

Have you got a key gord?
 
I'd like a key, I have some steam coal and coupons to trade...

3 coal
75% napoleon total war
50% oddworld strangers wrath
50% valve
50% universe sandbox

I will trade the LOT for a dota 2 key! Any interest??
 
I'm glad I claimed this, it is really fun! Granted I only played against AI on my own so far :p Anyone want to play with me? Add me to steam!

Heh same, I must have mixed up portal key and blink dagger about five times now. I'm starting to pick up the similarities with HoN and learning the new stuff though. It is a brilliant game.

If you fancy some group games my steam account name is sniffy99 or sn1ffy, not entirely sure which.

You'll be very lucky to just be given one. I recommend signing up the sites/forums giving them away. If you put your eggs in enough baskets you may well get lucky. The players online count is creeping up so they are being given out.

I aint played Hon in While, to busy playing, BF3 getting bit bored of it, not how should be, but anyway would like to give, Dota 2 Try if anyone has a spare key would be Great!!!!!
 
Still loving this game, raking up the hours on it.

I still need lots of practice though, dont think i've quite found that sweet spot as far as character choice.
