dotnet core missing nuget dependancy

can't seem to find an answer to this one yet but here goes.

I've just created a new web solution using dot net core. Its created the web project etc and inn the dependencies there is the Nuget one.

I've now created a new Class Library that i'm wanting to use for my data but the dependencies section doesn't have the nuget entry.

Any tips on how I get the nuget entry into the class library I just added ?

Just added a reference and VS auto created the nuget folder in dependencies
