Dotted-effect program

Hi

Ages ago I found a cool website where you could upload an image to a website and it would turn it into a funky PDF full of different-sized dots that once you printed out and stood back from would create a cool image of the original.

I cant for the life of me remember what it is, but would love to have a go at it as I think it'd be a cool present for someone I know - if I can decide upon the right image!

Anybody got any clues!?
