Double bed vs small double bed?

Ok, well basically i have a bunk bed and it does my head in.. So im gonna get a new bed.. Im not sure whether to get a double bed or small double bed.. Are small doubles any good? are they big enough? and can they fit 2 people in it comfortably

I used to have a small double, you couldnt get to people in comfortably.

I have a double bed... which means you can fit 2 pillows on it.

What the hell is a small double bed? Can you fit 2 half pillows on it? Meaning a total of one full pillow... making it a single bed?

Super King Size is where its at

Only problem is you wont want to get up for work in the morning, and buying new bedding can be a pain, but if you have the space its a wonderful luxury

you can get 2 people in a small double easily but if youve got the space then getting a double is a must

hmm yeaa, the double is only 15cms bigger so might just get the small double. That 15cm isnt exactly gonna be a huge comfort advancement is it?

I spent 2yrs sharing a single bed with a girl quite comfortably in the past.

So a small double (whatever that is) or double will be more than fine.

But king/queen is where it's at tbh.

3/4 bed is fine IMO, unless you're a huge mofo!

I used to have one at my parents before I moved out & it was fine for me and my mrs at the time.

My sister and her boyfriend have a small double and fit in it fine but if you can afford it and have the space get a proper double because:

Less choice of mattresses in small double
Less choice of bedding in small double
Less choice of frames in small double

If you're meaning a 3/4 bed I'm assuming you're meaning the Uk type (American Version is a superking)?
Also, very few places stock 3/4 bedding and if they do it will be incredibly boring!
Just get a double. There's not that much difference in it and you'll be able to get a lot more bedding for it too.
