double boot and VGA debug led on MSI???

Hi,
the 'EZ Debug' LED signaling for VGA issue lights up on my MSI B350 Gaming Plus MB when I boot.

As soon as the MSI logo appears on screen (I guess when the BIOS/UEFI is loading) the VGA LED pops up, and the machine gets soft-reset.
When the booting sequence starts over, all goes fine and I can enter Windows..
Quite annoying, as I need to wait those 10-20 secs for the reset to happen every time I turn the PC on

What can it be?

My setup:
AMD Ryzen 2600+
16GB RAM
MSI B350M Gaming Plus
MSI RTX2060
128GB SSD (boot+OS) + 2T HDD

Is it running an old BIOS? It could be some kind of compatibility issue that makes it hard to detect the card.

You could also try giving the card a push to make sure it's fully seated. Is it heavy?
