Anyone bored out there?

Hoping to OC the CPU a tad, but with no WC, am i better off spending a bit more?

Hoping my hiper-r 530w will power the thing.

Usage: all-rounder. Games, office, 3d/cpuintensiveprogramming.

Upgrading from opty 144 and 7600.

The CPU will overclock fine on air, you probably don't need the AS5 since the Arctic Freezer comes with MX1/MX2 pre-applied. Your PSU is easily adequate.

One point to check though is that you have spare SATA/IDE cables before starting since the motherboard is B Grade and might not come with them.

I'd get the retail DS3, hardly much more expensive, and you'll get more than 30 days warranty.

I'm slightly confused about the b-grade stuff. The monitor for example says 3-year warranty, is that an exception? There's no mention of any warranty changes surrounding the ds3..

my mistake perhaps, but I was under the impression that there was a shorter warranty on the b-grade. Perhaps best to web note the shop.

I was also of that impression m8, but can't see it on the site for the life of me!
