EDIT: Swapped RAM as mobo doesn't support 1600MHz.

Am I missing anything?

Already have HDD + CDD.
Will be using integrated GPU.

You would be mad to get that RAM when for the same price you can get 8GB. Also you could grab this PSU if you want to save a couple of quid. Lastly, save yourself a further £10 while the Ivy Bridge i3 is on offer, slightly better performance for less.

Can't go wrong. ;)

1 x XFX Pro 450W Core Edition '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply £43.99
1 x Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GX) £25.99

Gone for the Corsair due to the great warranty/customer support I've had with them. Didn't realise ivybridge on offer so swapped the CPU for the 3220 thanks.
Will the same mobo work on ivybridge?

For the love of God, change that Ram :p

You're paying more for slower memory.
If you absolutely must have Corsair, then get this:

I'd either stick with what's already been recommended to you, or get this if you like blingy led's:
