Been running my system on stock for a while as I havnt been doing much of anything on it, but been getting more and more time to game so decided to go for an overclock for 24/7 use, atm sitting on a 4.8GHZ overclock on my cpu (at a voltage of 1.375) and a gpu overclock of 1200/1425 (stock voltage).

Running some benches (the new 3dmark,heaven, dirt showdown + arkham city benchmarks and then a few hours on Diablo 3)

Im using the 2560x1440 Asus PB278q monitor to game on, temperatures are :

CPU idle between 37-40 degrees (ish depending on room temp)
GPU - 26-33 degrees - depending on room temp

Now for max temps my gpu has gotten up to 70 degrees under load after a session of Diablo 3 farming, and my cpu is pretty much the same, max temperature on any given core has been 72 degrees,

So Q. Im aware that as ive just kept the fan for the gpu on auto I can clock the temperature down somewhat, as for the cpu I could prob. knock it down to 4.6 ant around 1.33/4v and try to lower temps, but before I do either what are your opinions on my max temps under load? (As it looks like im scraping the upper limit for safe use long-term)

Thanks for any replies in advance :D
