DoW2 Demo = Part of DoW2 Campaign?

Been playing the demo of DoW2 and really liking it.

But the demo seems massive and I'm reluctant to play more of it before my legit copy arrives if I'm just going to have to play through it again as part of the full game campaign.

Is this the case?

If so if there any way to skip the demo part of the single player game?

I played loads of it thinking it would end after the next mission.

But, yes, it is the first section of the campaign, but I've no idea how far in it goes as I turned the demo off after an hour and a half

I didn't notice any way to import the campaign from the demo, but simply remembering the missions should get you through it pretty quickly.
