Ok my 970 seems to be a bit weird when it downclocks, it spikes all over the place even on desktop browsing the net it will spike to full clocks?
Previous cards always stayed at idle clocks when on the desktop so whats up? Seems anything with a picture on a website makes the card need more power to load it lol?
Surely this isnt right? Id expect videos to increase the needed power but even then not max clocks but pictures??
Other 970 users have this problem?
