needing some advice currently running a 570 but looking to downgrade to raise some money

what kinda card would i need to still play games occasionaly @1080p medium-high settings, playing mostly skyrim, BF3 & f12001

wondering how low can i got realistically would i get away with a 460 or 5850 or am i better looking at a 5870 or thereabouts

rest of rig is an i5 2500k and 6 gig of ram,

also just thought would i get away with an i3 or would that be going to low?

Yup, as much I like the improvement an SSD has given to the performance of my rig, if something had to go it would probably be that before the gpu.

i think a second hand 460 would tide you over, i think actually if you are going to sell the card then now is a good time (while its still worth something before new cards hit)

I wouldnt bother selling the 2500k, after you buy an i3 you would probably make not much profit
