Downgrading

Yes you heard me correctly, downgrading!

I spent 1.5k on a my rig, built from parts from ocuk in december, played a few games when I got it but then stopped, havent played any games for the past 2 months so im thinking of either selling everything and gettin a nice sub notebook or just downgrading and saving some cash that way, any advice on what to downgrade to would be appreciated

current spec:
amd 64 4000
xfx 7800gt extreme edition
msi k8n diamond
2 gig corsair xms
20.1" belinea tft

could sell the 4000 go with something like a 3200
sell the 7800 go for 6800
sell one gig of ram
sell the 20in tft get a 19

u wont make hundreads out of all this but maybe a bit dont see many people downgrading just not upgrading for longer periods

maybe you best bet would be selling the system as a whole and starting again with however much you want to spend ?

If i was you, i would just keep it and not upgrade for a few years. You wont get much selling bits. IMO
