Download a file in Debian Console

Hi guys.

Just got myself a nice debian server which I'm ssh-ing into. Unfortunately, to get it all configged I need to download a tar.gz file to it. Namely this ISPConfig scripts

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks for that one Phil, worked like a charm

I've been using apt-get all morning to install web/mail/ftp/dns etc just a couple of packages weren't available
