Download BF 2142

I know most of you prefer BF2 but I've lost my 2142 disk, is there anywhere I can download it, or am i going to have to turn my house upside down?

True, the act of downloading it is not illegal, it's just that i'd end up uploading some of it via torrent which is illegal...

And yes, steam is an awesome system for this kind of problem, not to mention not having to find no cd cracks.

It is possible to make an image on your computer that will work but only if you have access to the original disk. Do any of your friends have a copy you could borrow? Obviously this will only work if you have a legit unique key of your own so I wouldn't consider it piracy

I guess as long as you still have the CD key somewhere then downloading a copy and using your legally purchased key couldn't be a problem surely ... you have paid for it once already after all!

Just download it. There's nothing (morally) wrong with that, you already bought it and have a legit key.

Just avoid bittorrent, there's a chance that you'll get a nasty letter from Davenport due to the fact that torrent also shares data as well as downloading it
