Download codes for games

I recently picked up the PSVR bundle with VR Worlds which was supplied as a download code, is this a one time use so for instance if I were to format the PS4 and sell, would the download code work again or not?

OK so I'm guessing the code cannot be 'untied' from my PSN account?

No m8, you own the digital version of the game now, the code can't be used again.
