Download CS Source?

I want to download Counterstrike Source again for my PC but I cant download to it with steam due to my Usage limit of 5gb per month.

I have a 2 steam accounts. All I want to do is download the game to my laptop at another house and then install on my PC. I cannot find a way to do this.
Any pointers?

P.S. I have already paid for the game so this is nothing dodgy!

Download it backup the game files (right click in the my games section of steam) stick it on a thumb stick and copy it to the steam folder in your other pc.

Log into your steam account on your laptop download CS Source, go home transfer the CS source folder from your laptop to your PC. Open up steam on your PC dbl click on CS Source on your uninstalled list, steam will see that youve already got the files bingo your done.
