Download files from my Synology

Hi Guys

i need to set up my Synology NAS drive so I can allow people from work to download jpeg and pdf files

For the life of me I cant remember how to set it up

So far I have set up a DyDNS account and entered the user information into the Synology and also have forward port 80 in the router

How do I access the files ?? HTTP ot does it have to be FTP

Help ??
