Bloody hell this is gonna cause enough stir for Apple.
Wonder how delta updates will affect jail breakers in term of jail breakers been able to remain jailbroken whilst an update is applied via delta.. Seeing as the whole thing isn't overwritten It could be possible..

Considering the severity of this vulnerability, it does seem interesting that there hasn't been so much hearsay on the jailbreak community working on another untethered jailbreak for 4.3.5 seeing as the current jailbreak is only tethered.

It isn't about them being unable to unthether jailbreak it. The dev team don't want to expose a route into the OS to Apple for an update that is so minor. The last two have only been to seal a security hole (what dev team do is create these holes or use them in a sense)

Don't give away your keys in for such minor updates. Next untethered update will come for IOS5 or for 4.3.5 right before IOS5 is released I would imagine.
