If you have a limit you can install some software which will keep track of everything you download and upload Try http://www.dumeter.com/ It will give you a day by day and month by month report on you usage. I installed it when NTL started imposing download limits, although they seem to have lifted them now. Give the software a go and see exactly how much downloading you are doing. Hope this helps Rich
