hi
i have got virgin media broadband and have recently upgraded from 2meg to
4 meg , ive done the speedtest.net test and i get a download speed of 3950kbps and upload of 396kbps which i suppose is about right , but i find when i download something i dont get 4 meg a second i just , can it be due to sites capping the speed ?
is there anywhere i can download on the net at near on 4 meg a second so i can see that i can get 4 meg downloads?
