Business related question.
The sales team use the iPad for pdfs and videos.
We use our internal 'drop box' facility to upload films and send out links people can click on and download movies when out side of the company.
The way it usually works is they click the link, then they are presented with options, one of which is to save the file on the videos library.
However this one iPad does not have this option. I've updated it to 8.3 as it was running an older version of IOS, but still no save to video library option.
Any ideas?
All other iPads we have sent the link too have worked fine.
