Downloading flash videos from websites?

Is there an easy way to download .swf flash videos from a website?

well i used to do it ages ago by looking into internet temp folder and you can normally find the .swf file

Only website I know of is http://keepvid.com/. Downloads them as flvs, there are more, probably better ones as other peeps would no doubt say.

EDIT: Sorry didn't know if you meant youtube type vids or actual swf flash animations.

What browser are you using? If you have firefox, you can right click, and select "view page info", then go to the media tab. Find it in the list, and click "save as"
