Downloading Flash

Is it possible to download flash videos from websites, in particular the BBC website. There is a video of Bradley Wiggins that I would like to use in a personal presentation for a class and was wondering if there is a way to do it. Ive tried to use a couple of chrome extensions but to no avail.

Using that I can see that I can browse the iplayer to record programmes. But how would I use it to download the clip I linked in the OP?

If I had access to Internet where I'm doing the presentation id just load the website. As it stands I can't do that as I'll be offline so wanted to embed it to PowerPoint in advance. I'll be deleting after use and it's not for commercial gain, so not quite sure where I stand tbh
