Downloading in Edge issues

When I download files in edge, no matter the size (something as small as a skype download file) my whole internet will lag and I won't be able to load any pages

If I do the exact same in chrome it will be fine, any one know why edge is causing this

It's pre-alpha software masquerading as a finished product. What do you expect?
