Downloading off US iTunes

There seems to be some apps on the US App Store that aren't on the UK one. Is there a way to download off of their store, or is it IP blocked?

It's done on credit card address details IIRC.

However, you can purchase some US iTunes vouchers off eBay and register a US iTunes account using them

Yeah buy some vouchers, it's the best way. Works fine too.

Right, US account sorted and $50 voucher bought. Just waiting for the code now.....

I'm wanting Vay that's not on the UK store, plus the ones I've glanced at seem cheaper anyways.

I have a related question: how do two accounts interact with each other in one itunes library? Can you play music/ use apps from both stores or do you have to sign in/out of each account all the time?
