Downsizing my rig

Hi all,

After finding the likes of Star Citizen struggling at 1080p (it is only in alpha though) I figured I would downsize my current rig into an HTPC/light gaming PC and build a new main rig later this year.
I am planning on using half of my rig to do this (in sig) but bought an ITX board and 3570 to go along with it - specs would be:

i5 3570 (non K) & Asus P8H77-I (ITX)
GTX 670 windforce
Corsair H50 (mounting holes should be the same as 1156)
4GB ram (until I can grab 2x4GB)
Corsair HX850

Looking for some advice (mainly on cases, but will gladly hear any other advice).
I need a case that can fit the H50 and the the HX850. It would be a bonus if I could fit a number of drives as well (1x SSD and 3 HDDs - 2 of which would be in raid).
I am mainly looking at these:
1) Lian Li PC-Q25B - https://www.overclockers.co.uk/lian-li-pc-q25b-mini-itx-cube-black-ca-433-ll.html
2) Xigmatek Octans - https://www.overclockers.co.uk/xigmatek-octans-mini-itx-case-black-ca-102-xg.html
BTW, not particularly interested in the Betfenix Prodigy, recently got rid of one as I didn't like the style.

The Lian Li looks awesome but the Octans looks like airflow may be better and it is by far cheaper.

Thoughts?

So after some research I think the Styx should be able to accommodate my 3 to drives, HX850 and H50 cooler, any thoughts from anyone before I go ahead with this?
