DP Problem

I have a R6850 Cyclone with 2 monitors over DVI and a third using a sapphire active DP to VGA adapter.

When I am playing a game, an emulator or anything similar (even if its not full screen)- The focus will be frequently lost from the central monitor (DVI), all screens will flash and the game (any most other app windows) will be put on the monitor attached to the DP adapter.

If I disable the DP monitor I have no problems at all.

Any suggestions?

Set your central monitor as your primary/main.

Central monitor is my set as my primary and the games/emulators are always ran on that monitor.

You might try uninstalling CCC, reboot into safe mode, run driver sweeper, reboot, then reinstall CCC.

As an extra option: just before reinstalling CCC, shut computer down. Disconnect all but the monitor you want to be primary. Then reboot, reinstall CCC, and then when you have it set up, you can attach the other monitors.

There's a glitch with catalyst that sometimes the order the monitors are connected can mess up the selection of main/primary monitor.

Just tried that and no luck :/

UPDATE: I can get rid of this problem by just disabling any one of my side monitors, not just the DP monitor.

So no I have no idea whats causing this.
