DPD Delivery Hours?

My graphics card had an estimated delivery time of 10:40-11:40 but hasn't shown up yet, the tracking says it'll be delivered today but finding that hard to believe now.

Their website doesn't say the delivery hours, does anybody know the latest they deliver? I've always had them arrive between 10-11 in the past. :(
 
Same hours as most other couriers, if you've not got it within 20 minutes, I wouldn't imagine you will not see it today.
 
Well it didn't show up and it was last updated on the tracking site at 11pm saying it's at the local depot. Great...

By this time yesterday it was already on the van for delivery, so looks like I'm not getting it today either. What the hell are they doing? Contacting them doesn't help, they never pick up.

Only thing I can guess is that the consignment number has been changed for redelivery so the tracking number for the old one no longer gets updated?

Where I work we use DPD every day to swap our devices out. They have said they are not able to deliver until after Christmas in Scotland, York, Newcastle and Northern England. Not sure we're you are but be warned. :)

Not sure if this is any use to the OP but DPD delivered my new mouse at 20:45 last night. Spoke to the driver and he expected to be working up until 00:00 :eek:

Shouldn't imagine he'll be knocking on many doors at that time but I'd expect him to getting parcels ready for the next days delivery!
 
That's certainly very plausible. My parcel with ParcelForce was loaded onto the van for delivery today 00:14 this morning so should get it today but a bit worrying that they haven't updated it to say out for delivery. I would imagine other couriers are having to do similiar things.
 
Great, Nottingham will be delayed by at least two days...

OcUK is only 50 miles up the A50 and we've had no bad weather all week :(
 
I know CityLink are having huge issues. Ordered some stuff that was supposed to be delivered by them with Next-Day delivery on Tuesday.

Theres still no sign of it... It made it out of the Swansea depot Monday night heading for Bristol then disappeared into the ether.

When I spoke to City Link they said the Bristol depot were heavily backlogged. I queried the fact that as we havent had any bad weather here so why are they backlogged. The guy then pointed out that every other depot in the country that was snowed in, all managed to ship their stuff to Bristol at the same time.

Therefore although Bristol wasnt backlogged, they are now. He mentioned that they had about 4000 parcels in the back of transport trucks waiting to be unloaded and even checked into the Bristol depot. Then they have the fun of trying to get that lot out to peoples houses.

He seemed to think it could be an extra 4 or 5 days....
 
well dpd are quoting me 4 extra days for my 6970


ho hum could be worse i guess


wouldnt be so bad if i could at least pick it up at the local depot but i can only imagine what a shambles they'll be in atm dont fancy trying to sort their problems out atm
 
I know it can't be helped and it's my own fault for not checking but i do wish I checked on the DPD website before I ordered as it would have only taken me a couple of hours there and back to OcUK

Got a 120GB SSD and a new networking kit i wanted to play with at the weekend!!!
 
Still waiting for my bits, arrived at there depot last Friday and there front page is stating 1 day delay for the Maidstone depot.
