Don't really post more of a reader on these forums, never bought from OCUK before as competitors are usually competitive however found the items i wanted cheaper here so here it goes:
DPD Delivery what a joke, after ordering my selected components on Monday for next day delivery (telephone sales) for Tuesday.
Waiting in all day long for my lovely parcels from Overclockers, at 13:30 I decided to check the tracking of my order via DPD’s website only to this message back:
‘We were unable to deliver your parcel as there was no one present to sign for the delivery, rearrange your delivery here’
Now I’ve waited in all day to be told its had an attempted delivery quite annoyed considering Parcel Force managed to deliver my MyProtein order. So I rang OCUK Sales, quite helpful about the whole process and said they’d get onto DPD, 3 minutes later I got a phone call from OCUK Sales informing me we’ve spoken to DPD and there going to deliver it later today, I’ve passed your number to them so if they have any problems (the Driver) can contact you.
I think you can see where this is going I haven’t received my delivery, and to top it all even if I wanted to go and do half of DPD’s job and collect the parcel from my nearest depot I can’t because I haven’t got a card to prove who I am etc.
Kind of annoyed at the fact I’ve paid for a service that hasn’t been fulfilled and the fact the delivery driver obviously can’t read a map or read the address on the front of a package and has sent a card through somebody else’s door amazes me
