DPD Fail

Not for the first time, DPD have screwed up my delivery.

I ordered a Samsung P2450H 24" and it was scheduled to be delivered next day (today) in the afternoon, Nothing as of 5pm so a phone call to DPD uncovers the fact that the driver does not know where he has put the box as it's no longer on his van.

/sigh not the first time DPD have failed at the basics.

My thoughts exactly, you could tell by the ladys voice on the phone that she was a bit mystified as to how it could just go missing.

DPD just phoned me back and guess what, the driver has found the item on his van and will deliver it before 7pm!
