DPD have been the best courier service we have used, and I can tell you we have used quite a fair few. :p

Not sure if you have had a one off problem or if it has happened more than once. But if you make a thread in the customer service section if you have any problems I am usually there ready to help.

+1 aswell for DPD here. Getting stuff from them with years and never had a problem, and I live in the countryside in Ireland. Using the online tracking is very easy aswell and you always know where it is! Far better (and cheaper) than similar couriers IMO.
