Hello fokes, For a long time I've never had a issue with DPD. All my parcels from OCUK come next day without fail and other stores that use DPD, No issues there.
NOW, Sending parcels with DPD local, Which is ment to be interlink but it looks like they've changed there name to DPD Local so its safe to assume there using DPD Depots.
First parcel to Germany, Dropped off at a local DPD drop off zone.
Thought it was a good deal price wise, Dropped my second parcel off at dpd drop off zone, 4 days went passed, Still at Halfords where I dropped them off so I got so annoyed I called my local depot and turns out they "Forgot" to collect from halfords, So my parcels which I paid for have just been sitting at halfords for 4 days doing legit nothing at all. Anyway they've picked up today and there on there way, Very late.
Third parcel, Collected from my house on the 16th, Was ment to be at the parcels house today, Tracking died as soon as he scanned it as collected. That was it, Nothing, No update, Gone. I've tried DPD locals chat and they've told me its still in transit and it hasn't been updated? So they've told me to wait for a update, However, On there end its still showing at my local depot? Sorry DPD but it's ment to be at there house, TODAY? How can it still be at there Depot?!?.
So that's Three parcels, 2 dropped off at DPD Drop off points and 1 parcel picked up, ALL OF WHICH, Have failed to reach there place in time, 1 of which thats currently lost too.
Long story short, Dont use DPD Local, Ever... DPD has lost my respect forever now.
Also, Does anyone know what I should do? When should I apply for postage refunds? Am not paying them to post my parcel 3 weeks later...

never thought I would say this but I've had better service from parcelforce.
