DPD next day ??

Hi i paid for next day delivery (£9) on friday and have still recieved nothing can i get a refund ?? my parcel said it was out for delivery for 17;19 to 18;19 and now it says we were unable to deliver your parcel , no calling card and no excuse what should i do ?

i tried cant get past the automated service as i havn't got a calling card :mad:

Then im afraid there isnt much you can do.

try in the morning or see if they deliver the package first thing.

Possible the driver ran out of time, & the delivery will be rescheduled for tomorrow.

Sounds like the driver ran out of time, considering the delivery was around the end of the day anyway. Annoying though, I know how you feel.

yes it was my first (and maybe last

) order from overclockers due to a recommendation off a friend , it says it is due again at 1 till 2 today

so maybe able to forgive if it arrives . But not a good start when your paying premium price for delivery and not recieving that service .
Has anyone had issues regarding delivery or is this an isolated incident ??

It can happen to anyone, all delivery services make mistakes or have issues from time to time. I can see you have made a post in the customer service section, shall reply to you there.
