DPD review score.

The only time I have ever had issues with DPD was when I had deliveries planned during periods of heavy snow.

They have also been pretty awesome for me when I stupidly missed a delivery, allowing me to wait in their warehouse bit for the the van to come back to I could get the item.
 
Are DPD the ones who give you a slot of an hour or two the day before they deliver?

If that's them, I've only had stuff come by them a couple of times but it's nice to get the slot, and they stuck to them.
 
DPD are the worst couriers in the country.
Except for the rest ;)

I've had DPD deliver/pick up loads of stuff recently (partly as we tend to be in, so a couple of neighbours have stuff delivered), and nary a problem.

The thing to remember is that most people don't say a word on things like review sites when things go well, but when they have a problem they'll complain everywhere.
 
Yeah, used DPD a few times myself, no problems at all.

Not really had a bad courier experience, although Yodel Neighbourhood likes to card me with misleading info and UPS lost one of my parcels which they replaced like-for-like in their insurance.
 
Ordered an item 22nd May 3:57pm with Free shipping from DPD (3-5 day's) I got a text later the same day asking me to confirm which day I would like (23/24/25/26) I went with 23rd on the morning of delivery I got a text that I should expect my Parcel between 10:35 and 11:35 it came at 10:55 no damage quick delivery really impressed.
 
Gilbert, that's great. More couriers should provide a window as soon as the driver knows his schedule as it saves you from waiting in all day, taking time-in-lieu off work etc. Tesco does this as well for their groceries. On the day of delivery, you get an SMS narrowing your window down to 1 hour.
 
You have to compare like with like - I feel DPD are better than the rest but in all honestly how would I really know.

What do their competitors score on that site?
 
Absolutely love DPD.

I've never had an issue with them that wasn't my fault. I've had all sorts of issues with other companies mind. Although actually, I must admit, UPS I've found to be very good as well. That's pretty much it for me.

Be glad it wasn't sent MyHermes. They are hellish.

So from the replys recieved, i guess its safe to say that the only ones who review are the negative ones.
I suggest you gents drop them a good one, they need it! xD
 
Best courier by far. 1hr window is the greatest thing ever. Why other couriers don't do this I don't know.
