DPD review score.

Lets say we have used many couriers over the years as some members here will remember. DPD are the best we have ever used. - Unfortunately no one ever gives a review on DPD when the items are delivered. People only leave a review when it never arrived on time.

Same could be said with Royal Mail. Have you ever made a review about Royal Mail delivering your post on time pretty much every day for the whole of your life? Probably not, but if you have had a bad experience I am sure you have moaned about it.

Yesterday DPD delivered just over 2 million parcels, I came across 3 issues regarding deliveries, 2 issues were DPDs fault, however this happens, the third issue was the customers fault by not putting his house number and street name on the address field, so DPD had no idea where to deliver.

So 2 parcels from our company that failed out of 2 million they were delivering, not too bad if you ask me. :)
 
They deliver a lot of stuff to where I work.

They seem consistent.

Obviously I am only basing this on a couple of deliveries inwards but I can't remember anyone having an issue.

They're used by print shops for delivering proofs and the guys who send us electronics which seems like recommendation.

I take it you (ocuk) didnt send out 2 million parcels and they don't tell you of other companies fails? If so saying that you had 2 pacels fail out of 2 million is a bit pointless isn't it?

Not saying DPD isnt a really good courier however what your saying is a little confusing/misleading

Also do they have an official public first time right figure?

Well I am not that bothered about other companies, and yes over 2 million is how many they deal with on a daily basis. All I care is that all of our parcels are delivered on time and statistics show this and majority of our customers are happy with the service as shown here too. :)

If there was a problem like another company we used to use, not mentioning any names, for example where we were receiving complaints on a daily basis and the delivery fail rate was... Well I don't really want to say here. Then it would be a different story. ;)
 
DPD are epic for deliveries in my village, helps that the usual delivery driver lives locally though and always makes sure the locals get their parcels before anyone else :D
