No way! DPD are awesome! I ordered something from a competitor a few weeks back as OCUK didn't have it in. Horrified to see it was being delivered by My Hermes, now they truly are the worst...and yes it was late.
 
My DPD driver is called Keith too. They are pretty good at least you can see where they are. They even left it when it needed a signature when I was out and spoke to them via my video doorbell. Same happened with Royal Mail and he wouldn't leave it. Hermes are not that bad we've got a good relationship with our delivery driver. The worst are Indirect aka UK Mail aka DHL. Had one parcel go missing I sent. Went to depot they just said it was an agency driver which had since left. Probably with a van full of parcels. Another just the padded envelope turned up opened at the recipients. Yodel are poor too.
