DQ6 resets clock speed

I have had this happen twice now!

Computer has randomly locked up then rebooted itself with 3 beeps and has reset the FSB speed back to stock.

I am running an E2160 at 3GHz with 4GB OCZ Reaper RAM and a Powercolor 3870XT.

Any ideas why this is happening? It has been about two months since this happened first then again last night. It has been tested as Orthos stable.

Test your RAM, its the usual culprit. Is it overclocked? Did you raise the MCH and northbridge volatges to accommodate the 4x1GB of RAM if you have 4 sticks? Test with memtest for any memory errors.

Ram is underclocked!!!

I have 2x2GB but will run memtest to rule it out. Maybe should have gone for something different to OCZ.

I've had a lot of trouble getting my RAM to work on my board, ended up having to re-flash the ram speed, upon OCZ's advice. Runs with 4 gb fine now.
