Just got a replacement for one of my GPUS through RMA.

Installed it in, restarted PC and now every time I try to boot up get Dr Debug Code Error 19 instantly, tried replugging everything in, trying 1 ram stick at a time e.t.c

Any Ideas?

P.S. this is already a replacement Mobo for another one I had which was faulty.

Just going to post system in sig now.

Test the cards one at a time after a Bios reset and with one stick of ram just to make sure the you get post with the new card.

RAM has also worked fine for weeks. Did get post originally with both cards in, but restarted machine and wouldn't post again after that.

Im looking towards the mobo as I have had nothing but problems with these AsRock boards.

Well I've narrowed it down to either the CPU or the Mobo.

Tried with friends GPU and RAM and PSU. Still same 'Error 19 : Pre-Memory Southbridge initialisation is started'

With having so many problem with this Mobo before, and already within the first week of owning one had to send back for a replacement to OCUK, its making me think this is the likely culprit.

My CPU has worked fine for a month it hasn't moved e.t.c except to change to the replacement Mobo, so I don't think after a reboot it would just start causing issues.

Anyone with any ideas on how to proove it is the case lol?
