When I restart my PC it freezes when trying to POST. Dr Debug shows b7 for a while then stops on b9 (or it could be 67 then 69 depending on how you read the LEDs).

The handbook isn't very useful - do you know what these codes mean?

I think I need to swap something, just not sure whether it is CPU, Memory or Motherboard.

Thanks for any help :)

it started doing it when I first built the pc but an increase in voltage to DRAM (1.55v), VCCSA (1.2v) and VTT (1.2v) sorted it and it would boot.

now it is just when I restart the PC after it has been on for a while.

I did get BSOD but I did a BIOS update a couple of weeks ago and no BSOD since.
