I thoguht about posting some screenshots of the chat session yesterday as it was appalling customer service, but i forgot that i don't have Afterburner set up so it wasn't saving my screenshots.
I'm definitely open to giving it another go though, i'm playing as a completely different character now as well(female mage) just to give it a bit more variety
Thought i would try one more time with EA support and seemed to be getting somewhere but they are completely useless!
Spen 1/2 hour on with one of them and he said 3 times that he had sorted it but didn't. He clearly didn't know hat he was doing, and then he just cut me off and i got a message saying i have been requeued and have to wait another 30 minutes for an advisor to become available.
I was going to just leave it, but now i'm going to make sure it is sorted
After my fifth chat session with EA support and probably about 2 hours combined trying to get them to understand the simplest thing and them cutting me off 3 times they have finally given me a new code.
Problem is now i am so annoyed with them that if this isn't the greatest piece of dlc ever i'm not gonna be happy
Sebastian got on my nerves big time! I'd go through it during act 3 with your warden sibling. Good luck though, after all this hassle, disappointment is guaranteed!

Started playing through Legacy, it seems alright so far.
I don't like the way that it is done as a memory though, why not just have it as a part of the main game that you can play as another mission?
It's not the worst game ever, in fact i am quite enjoying it this time, but it should be so much better. Practically everything in the game just feels unpolished really. The biggest problem i am finding this time is the story. They have set everything up as Templars vs Mages and geared towards the theme of mages being oppressed but that story just isn't compatible with a Mage character.
I probably wouldn't change my original rating of 7/10. (i never finish any games that i would consider less than 7/10)
I'd probably have given it an 7.5/10 myself. It had lots of potential with the story structure allowing a city to evolve over time depending on your decisions and the templar/mage conflict. Story would have been better if everyone wasn't a psychopath.
Not so much unpolished as completely rushed. If it had another year in development it might have been extremely good. Anyway, heres hoping the devs have the time they need to make 3 much better.
